W. Keith Kennedy oral history, 1968.

In this interview, W. Keith Kennedy shares his observations of the people and events which shaped the New York State sugar beet industry. Topics include: the December 7, 1962 meeting between representatives of the Redevelopment Area Organization of Cayuga County (N.Y.) and Cornell faculty and administrators; his impressions of C. DelMar Kearl's negative assessment of the economic feasiblity of producing and processing sugar beets in New York; his evaluation of the College of Agriculture's recommendations for growing sugar beets. Includes his impression of Paul Aron.
